Our products are composed between 98% and 100% natural origin, they contain a low concentration of synthetic ingredients necessary for good stability and good conservation of the product. We know that the naturalness of the products is important for parents, which is why we strive to work on our formulas with our laboratory with the aim of having a high proportion of ingredients of natural and organic origin.

We choose high naturalness as well as organic. Indeed, we have percentages of natural origin greater than those imposed by cosmos regulations (minimum 98% of ingredients of natural origin) we have also chosen assets from organic farming (aloe vera, shea butter , olive oil, apricot, etc.), eco-designed or made in France raw materials.

Nevertheless we do not have the "organic" mention because our products have a perfume in part Synthetic, without allergen and without substance known for its skin awareness potential, it was our priority to offer hypoallergenic care with strong skin tolerance.

At Poupon, we are keen to respect the environment and the delicate skin of our toddlers. We have selected with our laboratory in Haute-Savoie, biological assets and noble ingredients.
We are trying to favor the Circuit-COURT with ingredients of French or European origin (Italy, Spain), when possible, this is particularly the case for honey and apricot. Sometimes choosing ingredients of French origin is not possible but we always know where they come from.

We wanted a brand that does not compromise between the pleasure of the senses and the composition of the products. Our liniment is fragrance -free, the other products in the range contain between 0.1% and 0.7% of perfume, olfactory signature of Poupon. This perfume has been developed for the sensitive skin of toddlers, it does not include allergen or alcohol and adapted from birth. Its sweet smell, made from orange blossom and white musk, was composed in Marseille, by a professional nose.

At Poupon, we wanted to surround ourselves with the best, all our products are manufactured and packaged in Haute-Savoie, in our partner laboratory. Our moisturizer with its vegetable tube is also made of Haute-Savoie. Our recycled and recyclable bottles are manufactured in France in Oyonnax, just like our labels which are printed in the Lyon region.  

It is a fragrance that we find in all the compositions of the baby products which are composed between 0.1% and 0.5% of it (apart from our liniment which is 100% natural from oil D oil 'olive and lime water). This perfume is harmless to the sensitive skin of babies and children. Indeed, all our formulas were developed to be adapted from birth, for very sensitive epiderms, which is why they were all tested dermatologically in the laboratory.

The scent water can and is also used by pregnant women. 
Without alcohol, not photosensitizing and hypoallergenic, scent water is compatible with pregnancy!

Our orders via Colissimo are delivered in 72 hours in mainland France, express delivery via Chronopost is 24 hours if your order has placed before 1 p.m. For the relay points it takes 3 working days.

The price for delivery via Mondial Relay is € 3.90 and delivery via Colissimo is € 5.90.

Because the pouponne art is shared, you can slide a word on an illustrated card during your orders. When validating your purchases, select "Slip a soft word", we limit the text to 30 characters. We never slide the invoice in orders.

Our subscription allows you to select the product (s) of your choice and to receive them directly at home at the frequency you want. By subscribing, you benefit from 10% discount on the selected products and you can terminate it when you wish. To subscribe, you must select "subscribe" on the product sheet concerned. You will then have to choose your delivery frequency and validate your purchase.

In your basket then appears a summary of your subscription, continue your purchases or make the payment of your subscription. Find your subscription in your personal space, "Subscriptions" section.

You can modify or terminate your subscription when you wish and at no cost. Just go to your personal space, "my subscriptions" section and click on modification.
